Many students expect a certain letter grade in response to their performance. When they don’t reach the potential they expect, they stress.

We love the Far Assassin series from Robin LaFevers. Grave Mercy was one of the best books of last year. It combined the world of Gods and mortals in a tale of seduction. This book is so much different from the first tale in that it is more personal. The main characters are completely different. Sybella is a lot more brutal. Her troubled past means that she does not trust anyone. She tries to assassinate her father and everyone under him. It is hard to follow the story without having read the first book. The two stories are intertwined. It will be interesting where the story takes us with Mortal Heart.

Here is a book that is great for teenagers that have recently graduated or are close to graduating. It is a story of trying to find yourself. The story centers around Allyson.
